Ticiano Figueiredo is a Brazilian lawyer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience focused on access to justice, institutional transparency, and systemic reform within the judiciary. Founder and Managing Partner of one of Brazil’s most recognized law firms, internationally ranked and headquartered in the country’s three main legal and business centers. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master’s degree in Management.

 

    He is a partner on a special situations asset management firm with focus on legal claims and is also the founder of a legal-tech startup that leverages explainable artificial intelligence and public court data to price litigation risk and
support strategic decision-making on when settlement is more efficient than litigation. His work seeks to enhance fairness in judicial outcomes and contribute to reducing judicial backlogs. He is currently an Executive MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management, with a focus on system dynamics and entrepreneurship
