Michela Casassa Ramat serves as Chief Financial Officer of Interbank and Intercorp Financial Services (IFS), roles she has held since 2012. She joined Interbank in 2011 as Head of Strategic Planning and has since played a central role in shaping the group’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth agenda. Prior to Interbank, Michela held senior strategy roles in Corporate and Investment Banking at Banco de Crédito del Perú in Lima and UniCredit in Munich, and led strategy for UniCredit’s International Division in Milan and Istanbul. Earlier in her career, she worked at The Boston Consulting Group in Milan and at Citibank in Lima. Michela holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
