Marta Perez is Chief Investment Officer, Infrastructure at Allianz Global Investors, a global investment management firm where she leads the firm’s infrastructure investment strategy and serves on the Investment Committee. She was appointed to her current role in March 2025 after previously leading the Infrastructure Debt Americas team, and brings extensive experience in structuring and managing complex infrastructure and private markets investments. Prior to joining AllianzGI in 2022, Marta spent over a decade at Crédit Agricole CIB, where she rose to Managing Director and led the Latin America Structured Finance Advisory team within the Energy & Infrastructure Group. Earlier in her career, she worked as a technical advisor at Mott MacDonald. Marta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of León (Spain), a Master’s in Civil Engineering from City University of New York, and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Marta is a recognized leader in global infrastructure investing, shaping strategies that span debt and equity markets.
