Juliana Sguerra is a Managing Director and Partner based in Bogotá at the Boston Consulting Group, where she leads the Financial Institutions and Insurance practice in Iberoamerica. She focuses on applying advanced analytics to financial services across marketing, sales, risk, and operations and works with clients on digital strategy and ecosystem development in banking and insurance markets. Her client experience spans universal banks, capital markets, institutional and retail banks, and insurance companies with engagements in strategy, performance and resourcing, risk and portfolio management, and due diligence for acquisitions. Prior to joining BCG in 2019, she held consulting roles at Oliver Wyman in New York and Colombia. Juliana holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a BSE in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
