Jaysel Shah leads Endeavor's Investor Network, where he works closely with global VC and growth equity investors to connect smart capital with exceptional entrepreneurs and help scale category-defining companies. In this role, Jaysel supports investor engagement, ecosystem development, and global initiatives that strengthen access to funding for mission-driven founders. He joined Endeavor in 2024 with a background in LATAM-focused Corporate strategy and finance at PepsiCo and NotCo, an Endeavor company from Chile.
