Gabriela currently serves as Chief People Officer, Ecosystem of Growth, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability at PepsiCo, where she helps define and execute the company’s global strategy by aligning talent, organizational capabilities, and long-term business priorities. Her scope spans Global Commercial, Consumer, Social Impact, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability, integrating business performance with social impact and governance. She also leads the creation of the Location Services HR Center of Excellence, strengthening governance models, process standardization, strategic metrics, and global communities of practice to elevate corporate decision-making.

     Until January 2026, she was Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for PepsiCo LATAM & Mexico and Global Commercial People Partner, leading HR strategy across 18 countries within an $11 billion business and overseeing more than 80,000 employees. In parallel, she drove large-scale capability transformation in Revenue Growth Management, Digital Transformation, Go-to-Market, International Customers, E-commerce, and the global New Revenue Streams organization.

       Throughout her career, Gabriela has held senior leadership roles across Latin America and globally, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development in New York, and multiple HR Vice Presidencies at PepsiCo, as well as global positions at Kraft Foods Mexico and Philip Morris International. She holds degrees in Psychology and Human Development, along with a Master’s in Integral Transpersonal Psychotherapy.
