Infrastructure as a Catalyst for Latin America’s Development
Francisco Zinser is the CEO of the Infrastructure Division at Grupo México, responsible for leading the development and execution of large-scale infrastructure platforms across Latin America. Since 2019, he has overseen business lines spanning Oil, Energy, Construction, Engineering, Toll Roads, Fuels, and Real Estate, with a focus on delivering complex, capital-intensive projects from development through execution. With 16 years at Grupo México, he has played a key role in major initiatives including the construction of the La Caridad power plants, and previously served as Deputy Director of Industrial Minera México. Prior to joining Grupo México, Francisco worked at leading consulting firms including The Boston Consulting Group and Accenture. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac and is a Harvard Business School MBA summa cum laude graduate.
